Abstrakty

PL

Omówiono specyficzne aspekty regulacji konkurencji na rynku komunikacji elektronicznej w świetle prawodawstwa wspólnotowego. Ukazano różnice i konsekwencje regulacji ex post i ex ante oraz wypływające stąd zadania dla regulatora rynku telekomunikacyjnego. Wskazano na wnioski dla Polski.

Specific aspects of the regulation for competition on electronic communications market under the European Community law have been discussed. Differences and consequences of ex post and ex ante regulations have been presented along with the resulting objectives for the telecommunications market regulatory authority. Conclusions for Poland have been pointed out.
