This paper deals how to grasp and use the accurate magnetic property of the electrical steel sheet and so on. The magnetic property is called "vector magnetic property", which means the relationship between the magnetic flux density vector B and the magnetic field strength vector H. Therefore the vector magnetic property shows non-linearity of not only in amplitude but also in the spatial phase difference angle ?BH between the vector H and the vector B. In order to express the relation, "E&SS model" as engineering model has been proposed, which can introduce to the numerical simulation technique such as the finite element method. This method is useful for the development of the highly efficiency electrical machines using the highly quality electrical steel sheets.
