Abstrakty

PL

Przedstawiono rolę telekomunikacji na obszarach wiejskich i słabo zurbanizowanych. Omówiono ogólne zasady połączenia konkurencji i kooperacji (kooperencji). Scharakteryzowano doświadczenia amerykańskie i europejskie w tym zakresie oraz przedstawiono odpowiednie wnioski dla Polski.

The role of telecommunications in country and poorly urban developed areas is presented. Basic rules of combination of competition and cooperation are discussed. American and European experience as writ as, recommendations are characterised and appropriate conclusions for Poland are presented.
