In the article the examinations connected with the characterization of the transport of the damp in a grain of wheat were described. A statistical data analysis was carried behind the help of models of the linear, multiple and non-linear regression. In a statistical analysis regressive modeling was used with taking the temperature into consideration and without taking the temperature into consideration for comparison.
