The method of solving the problem of laryngeal nerves identification during the surgical operations on a thyroid is offered in paper. In basis of method is the idea of laryngeal nerve excitation by an alternate current with optimally determined frequency and identification of laryngeal cords vibrations. The method of identification foresees the construction of interval model which represents conductive properties of environment of surgical operations.

W artykule zaproponowano metodę identyfikacji nerwów krtaniowych w trakcie operacji chirurgicznych tarczycy. Metoda polega na pobudzeniu nerwów za pomocą prądu przemiennego o odpowiednio dobranej częstotliwości i wykrywaniu spowodowanych tym pobudzeniem drgań strun głosowych. Na podstawie tych danych tworzony jest model interwałowy, który pozwala wykryć obszar, w którym możliwa jest operacja chirurgiczna.
