Abstrakty
The paper considers a problem of representing load introduced by mechanisms of low-power mechatronic devices. There was determined an influence of the behaviour of electromagnetic friction brakes (which are applied for this purpose) on the accuracy of representing the variable of torque fluctuation as expected during experimental studies. Specific features and behaviours of disc and powder brakes were presented. Furthermore, the range of activities that should be undertaken before choosing a loading unit to be used in experimental stands for low-power drive systems (working in transient states) was defined.
W artykule podjęto zagadnienie odwzorowywania przebiegu obciążenia wnoszonego przez mechanizmy urządzeń mechatronicznych małej mocy. Wskazano na wpływ zachowań hamulców elektromagnetycznych ciernych stosowanych do tych zadań na dokładność odwzorowania oczekiwanego w trakcie badań doświadczalnych przebiegu zmian wartości momentu obrotowego. Przedstawiono charakterystyczne zachowania elektromagnetycznych ciernych proszkowych i płytkowych. Sformułowano zakres czynności, które powinien podjąć eksperymentator dokonując wyboru zespołu obciążającego do stanowiska badawczego układów napędowych małej mocy pracujących w stanach nieustalonych.
