Research on the pollutants load reduction in the technological wastes flux taken from the vegetable fats production. Part 3. Optimization research results validation in full scale

Abstrakty
The article presents research results obtained in full scale of phosphorous and its compounds reduction, fatty compounds, suspension and chemical oxygen demand (COD) and biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) reduction by means of CaO in technological sewage stream from vegetable fatty industry. Process was operated for crude sewage volumens in boundaries 400-800m[3]/day at 46 days period. Principal load was eliminated with flotationassistance in full-scale. It was obtained above 90% reduction of total phosphorus, 90% reduction of total suspension, above 65% reduction of BOD and 80% of COD also 95% reduction of etheric extract in full-scale. Sewage sludges (postcoagulated) were characterized by traced amounts of washed heavy metals. Lead, mercury, cadmium, copper, nickel, manganese and cobalt weren't present in water extracts from sludges. Composition of sewage sludges indicate potential possibility for economic use, for example through agroutilization.
