Przedstawiono, na podstawie przeglądu literatury, prawdopodobne scenariusze wpływu deregulacji sektora elektroenergetycznego na sterowanie systemem. Wskazują one na konieczność nowego określenia zadań dla operatora systemu w zakresie kierowania pracą systemu. Przedstawiono aktualną sytuację w KSE oraz wskazano kierunki pilnych działań dostosowawczych w zakresie regulacji wytwarzania.

There have been presented on the base of technical bibliography review of probable scenarios of the influence of electric power sector de-regulation on the power system control. These show, that there is necessary to define for the system operator new tasks in the field of system operation management. There is presented actual situation in the National Power System (NPS) and are shown directions of urgent activities in order to adapt the generation control to new conditions.
