Rozproszony uktad telemechaniki RUT jest przeznaczony dla stacji (rozdzielni) elektroenergetycznych. Realizuje on wszystkie funkcje niezbędne do nadzoru i sterowania pracą urządzeń stacji oraz utrzymywania stałej łączności z pełną wymianą informacji z nadrzędnym komputerowym systemem, zainstalowanym w punktach dyspozytorskich (RDR, ZDR). A dispersed system of telemechanics is destined for electric power substations. It fulfils function indispensable for supervision and control of operation of substation all equipment, maintaining a link (and assuring full exchange of information) with superior computer systems installed in local dispatching centres. The RUT system comprise of controllers installed in substation bays, a concentrator fulfilling global functions of substation and exchange of information with superior systems, as well as UTC, satellite clock.
