PL

Jednym z kluczowych narzędzi do analizy możliwości poprawy efektywności złożonych procesów biznesowych w logistyce jest budowa formalnego modelu procesów oraz jego symulacja w środowisku komputerowym. W artykule rozważamy model przedsiębiorstwa dostarczającego usługi dzierżawy zasobów niezużywalnych. Kluczowe obszary modelowania dotyczą planowania realizacji zleceń oraz obsługi wydań i zwrotów zasobów, które zakładamy, że odbywają się w sposób stochastycznie zakłócony w stosunku do przyjętych planów. Okazuje się, że dla tak postawionego problemu, jego zamodelowanie i symulacja w dostępnych zintegrowanych środowiskach modelowania, wymaga rozwiązania szeregu nietrywialnych problemów. W artykule pokazujemy wybrane trudności oraz wskazujemy, w jaki sposób można je rozwiązywać w środowisku ARIS Simulation.

In the paper we consider the business processes model for enterprise which main ac-tivity is a lease of renewable resources. The key processes we model are related to order planning, resource delivery and returning which are stochastically disturbed compared to the accepted schedules. It turns out that for some mentioned and non-trivial kinds of proc-esses, the difficulties related to modeling and simulating by available integrated modeling environments arise. In the paper we point out some of them and present the possible solu-tions in ARIS Simulation. The main conclusion is that there are some barriers for simula-tion logistic processes in tools available in integrated modeling environments and they still need further improvement. The drawbacks we stressed indicate the attractive area of devel-opment.
