PL

Referat jest wstępem do wykonania pełnej analizy problemu realizacji obsługi naziemnej samolotów na płycie postojowej lotniska wykonywanej przed operacją startu. Zidentyfikowane elementarne czynności obsługowe i czasy ich trwania posłużyły do uproszczenia sieci czynności elementarnych. Wykazano, które z nich znajdują się na ścieżce krytycznej na podstawie czasów minimalnych, średnich i maksymalnych. Czas przeznaczony na czynności obsługowe ma wpływ na określenie kolejności startów samolotów. Istotą problemu jest zidentyfikowanie elementarnych operacji obsługowych determinujących czas wykonania obsługi naziemnej.

The article represents aspects of management the airport operations and describes possibilities the research in the field of optimal planning of airport ground operations, with a focus on handling service operations. Recently, the commercial aviation community has experienced a significant increase in demand for air transportation. Therefore it is important to enlarged airport capacity and tried to reduce of the environmental impact and the costs incurred by operational inefficiencies. Accurate and timely predictions of airline ground operation time can potentially lead to improved management of airport surface traffic, including reductions in the variability and average duration of costly airline delays. In most studies of the air transportation system do not consider ground operations and also in many models the ground time, which includes all processes from block-on to block-off, is assumed to be of constant length. The main purpose, in this paper, is analysis of aircrafts operation during aerodrome traffic, identification elementary operation of ground service and random parameters of times of their realization. Organizational schemes and their lattice functional be analyzed become for possible organizations of ground service on apron.
