W artykule przedstawiono wyniki symulacji numerycznej procesu wykrawania blachy tytanowej Grade 2. Głównym celem symulacji numerycznej procesu wykrawania elementów tytanowych było wyznaczenie wpływu luzu pomiędzy matrycą i stemplem, sposobu docisku i promieni zaokrąglenia (stępienia) matrycy i stempla na rozkład naprężeń i odkształceń w strefie cięcia.
Cutting and blanking are one of the most common methods of sheet forming. Both semi products, which undergo further forming, and final products are formed in this way. In case of titanium sheets, blanking with rigid tools, i.e. die and punch, is the most often used cutting method because of the economical reasons. In the paper some numerical simulation results of the blanking process of Grade 2 titanium sheet are presented. Determination of the influence of such parameters as: clearance between die and punch, holding-down, and corner radius of the die and punch on the stress and strain distribution in the cutting zone was the main aim of the numerical simulation.
