Abstrakty
Logistics customer service is a new concept which does not deny or diminish the importance of marketing concepts of management but it strengthens and employs them in an integrated manner, ensuring synergy effect during the process of customer service. Each time and in each form, customer service looks different, irrespective of the fact if it is a conventional or network-based e-company. Customers’ level of satisfaction from cooperation with companies depends mainly on customer service level, which is differently perceived by each customer. Some of them are entirely satisfied with professional and efficient order execution while others expect additional bonuses, gifts or loyalty programs.
