Abstrakty
Lipases constitute the most important group of biocatafy for biotechnological applications. This review describes issues concerning immobilization of liapases by covalent binding and cross-linking. Properties of various organic, inorganic and composite supports were characterized along with their suitability for lipase immobilization. Knowledge of issues discussed in the paper can be helpful in the planning research connected with chemical immobilization of lipases.
