PL

Proces redukcji tlenków żelaza z ciekłego żużla stałym reduktorem zachodzi podczas produkcji surówki oraz może być wykorzystywany w innych technologiach metalurgicznych, np. do utylizacji żużli hutniczych. Dzięki temu możliwa jest ochrona srodowiska naturalnego poprzez redukcje żużli składowanych w zwałach produkcyjnych lub bieżącą redukcję żużli w ciągu technologicznym. Możliwość zastoswania takiego sposobu utylizacji wymaga dokładnego poznania mechanizmu i kinetyki zjawiska oraz ustalenia optymalnych warunków do przeprowadzenia jej w warunkach przemysłowych. W pracy przedstawiono analizę literaturową mozliwych mechanizmów zachodzenia redukcji tlenków żelaza w fazach ciekłych oraz czynników wpływających na szybkość zachodzenia procesu.

The reduction process of iron oxides from liquid slags by solid coal proceed during pig iron production. This process can be used in other metallurgical technologies for example - utilization of metallurgical slags. As a result it is possible environment protection by reduction of slags stored in after - production dumps or by current reduction of slags in the production line. Application of such utylization method needs exact examination of process, and determination of optimal conditions to put it into industrial practice. The literature analysis method needs exact examination of process, and determination of optimal conditions put it into industrial practice. The literature analysis of different ways of reduction of iron oxides from liquid slags and optimal technological conditions of reaction rate is presented.
