Opisano nową uzupełniającą metodę badań reaktywności koksu, umożliwiającą ocenę stopnia i intensywności degradacji ziaren koksu o różnej wielkości wyjściowej. Przedstawiono wyniki badań reaktywności koksu tą metodą obejmujące stopnie ubytku masy próbek koksu o różnej wyjściowej wielkości ziaren, ubytku średniej wielkości ziarna badanego koksu podczas jego zagazowania oraz wytrzymałości mechanicznej próbek koksu po zagazowaniu. Na podstawie wyników badań określono warunki prowadzenia oznaczeń nową metodą i wskaźniki oceny reaktywności koksu tą metodą.

A new complementary research method of coke reactivity making possible estimation of degree and intensity of degradation different sized coke is described. Results of testing coke reactivity including degree of mass decrement of different sizd coke samples, loss degree of mean sized coke during gasification and loss of mechanical strength of coke samples after gasification are presented. On the basis of testing results conditions of designation practice by the new method and estimation indexes of coke reactivity were determined.
