Restrukturyzacja majątku kopalń zgrupowanych w spółce ma na celu takie zmiany własnościowe, które gwarantują efektywne jego wykorzystanie. Zastosowano różne formy zbycia: sprzedaż bezpośrednią, sprzedaż z zamianą na udziały, wniesienie w formie aportu, nieodpłatne przekazanie, komunalizacja. Majątek dołowy związany bezpośrednio z wydobyciem wymagał dostoso-wania do skoncentrowanej produkcji. Problemem było i jest racjonalne zagospodarowanie majątku na powierzchni kopalń nieprzydatnego dla docelowego modelu działalności, obejmującego wydobycie i wzbogacanie węgla. W artykule przedstawiono różne metody i formy zagospodarowania zbędnego majątku kopalń w Rybnickiej Spółce Wę-glowej SA.

The restructuring of the assets of the mines grouped in Rybnik Coal Company is targeted at such ownership changes that will guarantee their effective utilisation. Various forms of the assets sale have been uses: direct sale, sale in exchange for shares, in kind contributions, free transfer (no charge), transfer to communal authorities. Underground assets directly connected with coal extraction require the adju-stment to their capability of production concentration. The problem that used to be and still is to be solved consists in management of the assets on the surface of the mines that is redundant for the target model of operation; i.e. covering coal production and enrichment of coal. The article presents various methods and forms of managing the redundant assets of the mi-nes in Rybnik Coal Company.
