Abstrakty
Przedstawiono kilka opcji układu membranowej separacji CO2 oraz kilka możliwych układów integracji odzyskanego ciepła z chłodzenia separowanego i sprężanego ditlenku węgla z obiegiem cieplnym bloku parowego. Rozwiązanie to pozwala na likwidację upustów parowych.
The paper presents the results of the analysis concerning the influence of the carbon dioxide separation installation on the efficiency of a supercritical coal-fired power plant. The effect of the CO2 separation installation on the power and efficiency losses of the unit and the methods for reduction of these losses are presented. One possible way of reducing power and efficiency losses is integration of the cooling system of the separated CO2 with steam turbine thermal cycle. Several options of the CO2 membrane separation installation and a few possible systems of the integration of recycled heat from separated and compressed carbon dioxide with steam cycle of the steam turbine. It will allow for elimination of steam sinks, and thus for the increase of the steam stream flowing through the turbine for expansion. It causes an increase of power generated by the turbine. In the paper 3 configurations of the CO2 separation units were analysed. The first configuration of the CCS installation consists of 1 vacuum pump and 1 CO2 compressor. Second installation is composed of 2 vacuum pumps and 1 CO2 compressor, and the last installation that was analysed in the paper is consisted of 1 vacuum pump and 2 compressors. The analysis included determination of the power needed by the CCS installation and its influence on the efficiency of the power unit. By using heat from CCS installation in the steam turbine cycle the efficiency loss was not so significant as without it.
