Sesja SC C5 paryskiego kongresu CIGRE skupiała się na zagadnieniach zawartych w trzech tzw. tematach preferowanych, a mianowicie "Systemy informatyczne i komunikacyjne w deregulacji sektora energii elektrycznej" (PS 1), "Zachęty do inwestowania w wytwarzanie i przesył w środowisku rynku energii elektrycznej" (PS 2) oraz "Interakcje pomiędzy zasadami bezpieczeństwa systemu a zasadami rynku" (PS 3). W niniejszym artykule przedstawiony będzie przegląd podstawowych problemów i wnioski zawarte w 30. referatach przyjętych na sesję.

The SC C5 Paris session of CIGRE was organized around three preferential subjects, namely: PS 1 "Information and Communication Systems in the Deregulation of the Electric Sector", PS 2"Incentives for Ivesting in Generation and Transmission in a Electricity Market Environment" and PS 3 "Interactions between System Security and Market Rules", with a total 30 papers. In the report short overview of the session' topics and conclusions are presented.
