PL

Idea corss-dockingu polega na zmniejszeniu kosztów całkowitych łańcucha dostaw poprzez minimalizacje procesu magazynowana towarów. Pojecie łańcucha dostaw jest określane jako to ciąg procesów w obrębie których dany produkt wędruje od punktu wyjściowego czyli producenta, aż do klienta. Takie rozwiązanie może w znaczny sposób obniżyć koszta obrotu ładunkami, które czasami są niepotrzebnie składowane. Istnieje określenie że cross-docking jest pewnego rodzaju "bypassem"[6] który pomaga ominąć proces składowania towarów, a tym samym redukować całkowite koszta.

The idea of cross-docking distribution is based on the minimization of costs of the supply chain, due to the minimization of the process of loads storage. Supply chain is defined as a process, where the product is moved from the manufacturer to the client. This solution is able to decrease the costs of manipulation of loads, which very often are unnecessarily stored. It is easy to conclude that cross-docking is a kind of "bypass"[6], which helps in avoiding the process of loads storing, which leads to the reduction of costs.
