Ciągłość pracy kopalni, dla której dane przechowywane w systemach informatycznych mają znaczenie strategiczne, w każdej chwili może zakłócić awaria połączeń telekomunikacyjnych czy niesprawne działanie sprzętu komputerowego. Dlatego istotnym elementem sprawnego systemu informatycznego jest zapewnienie ciągłości pracy systemu w tym również zdalnego serwisowania w sytuacjach awaryjnych. Poniższy artykuł jest przeglądem oprogramowania służącego do zdalnego dostępu i zdalnej pracy w systemach opartych na systemie Windows. Poruszana jest w nim również kwestia bezpieczeństwa stosowania zdalnego dostępu oraz wnioski wynikające ze stosowania zdalnego serwisowania w systemie dyspozytorskim SD2000.

The continuity of operation of the mine, for which the data stored in the informatics systems are of strategic importance, can be disturbed any time by a failure in telecommunications junctions or faulty opera-tion of the hardware. Therefore, an essential element of an efficient informatics system is the ensuring of a continuous operation of the whole system including a remote system of servicing in emergency situations. This article constitutes a review of the software for remote access and operation in the systems based on the Windows System. Reference is also made in the article to the question of safety of usage of the remote access system and the conclusions arising from the application of remote servicing for the SD2000 Control Room System.
