W artykule opisano możliwości kształtowania zindywidualizowanych architektonicznie elewacji z płyt warstwowych. Przedstawiono różnice w budowie i cechach zewnętrznych tych materiałów decydujące o wyglądzie i stylu obiektu. Zwrócono uwagę na rolę sposobu montażu i układu statycznego płyt. Przypomniano także zalety tych konstrukcji i istotne parametry brane pod uwagę w projektowaniu budynku oraz opracowaniu specyfikacji.

The article describes the possibilities of shaping customised architectural elevation made of sandwich panels. It presents differences in design and external properties of these materials, which determine the appearance and style of the facility. The article also indicates the importance of installation method and static system of the panels. In addition, the article recalls the advantages of these designs, as well as crucial parameters taken into consideration during the processes of building design and specification development.
