Abstrakty
W artykule dokonano analizy przemian fazowych zachodzących w stopie Ti6Al4V przy chłodzeniu z zakresu dwufazowego ([alfa]+[beta]) i jednofazowego [beta]. Badania wykonano metodą dylatometryczną. Dla zilustrowania uzyskanych wyników zamieszczono dylatogramy chłodzenia w układzie [delta]L = f(T), gdzie: [delta]L - zmiana długości próbki, T - temperatura, na których wyznaczano temperatury początku i końca przemian fazowych: dyfuzyjnej i bezdyfuzyjnej. Potwierdzeniem tych przemian są zmiany zachodzące w mikrostrukturze stopu.
The phase transformations during cooling from two-phase [alfa]+[beta] and one-phase [beta] range in Ti6Al4V alloy has been analysed. Investigations were carried out using dilatometric method. Received results were illustrated by the dilatometric curves [delta]L = f(T), (where: [delta]L - is a length change of the sample, T - temperature). On the base of the curves, diffusional and nondiffusional transformation start and finish temperatures have been determined. Microstructure observations confirmed the presence of this type of phase transformations.
