Artykuł zatytułowany "Wpływ naprężeń własnych na geometryczne inperfekcje wału korbowego w trakcie procesu obróbki mechanicznej" podzielony został na dwie części: część pierwsza (teoretyczna) przedstawia podstawy numerycznej symulacji procesu obróbki mechanicznej druga natomiast przedstawia wynika numerycznej symulacji. Proces toczenia został zasymulowany w programie MSC MARC z wykorzystaniem modułu Machining. Przedstawiono w nim między innymi wpływ niesymetrycznego usuwania wierzchniej warstwy materiału. Dane wejściowe dla procesu numerycznej symulacji zostały otrzymane z pomiarów dokonanych na gotowym elemencie.

The paper titled "The influence of residual stress on the geometric imperfections of the crankshaft during the process of machining" is divided into two parts: the first part (theoretical) presents the background of the machining process numerical simulations and the other one presents the results of the numerical simulations. Turning modeling is performed with use the MSC. MARC FEM software with the machining module. The influence of the unsymmetrical material removing to the deflection of the element is presented. To input data have been collected from experimental measurements taken on the finished element.
