PL

Przedstawiono charakterystykę systemu badaniowego AWP-IŁ przeznaczonego do pomiarów oraz oceny parametrów transmisyjnych sieci i jakości świadczonych usług, opracowanego przez Instytut Łączności, a eksploatowanego przez Urząd Komunikacji Elektronicznej (UKE). Omówiono możliwości badaniowe próbników PM3, PM5 i PMX w zakresie badań sieci PSTN i GSM. Przedstawiono możliwości dalszego rozwoju systemu.

This paper presents the measurements system AWP-IL for the measurements and evaluation of transmission network parameters and quality of service, developed by the National Institute of Telecommunications, and operated by the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE). This paper describes the possibility of measurements QoS parameters of networks PSTN and GSM with application PM3, PM5 and PMX testers. It describes the further development of the system.
