Overview of the Methods for Information Broadcast in ad-hoc Wireless Networks

Abstrakty
Dokonano przeglądu najważniejszych metod przekazywania wiadomości rozgłoszeniowych (ang. broadcasting) w mobilnych sieciach tymczasowych. Zwrócono uwagę na efektywność poszczególnych z nich w zakresie ograniczania retransmisji nadmiarowych, minimalizowanie przekazu niezbędnych dodatkowych informacji oraz tolerowania ruchliwości stacji.
The paper reviews the main methods of transmitting broadcast messages in the ad hoc mobile networks. Highlighted the effectiveness of each of them to reduce redundant retransmission, minimize the transmission necessary, supplementary information and to tolerate the station mobility.
