Jej parametry techniczne w wielu przypadkach już obecnie nie spełniają oczekiwań użytkowników usług telekomunikacyjnych, a w niedługim czasie stworzą barierę dla rozwoju społeczeństwa informacyjnego.

The report presents the most current information on the direction of development of services and telecommunications infrastructure in Poland. Technical parameters of the existing telecommunications infrastructure in many cases already do not meet the expectations of users of telecommunications services and in the near future will create a barrier for the development of Information society, pre-venting the widespread use of new electronic Communications services.
