Abstrakty
The thermodynamic characteristics and peculiarities of oxometalate reduction on aluminum surface as well as reaction product's properties (specific electric resistance of oxides) were analyzed. The artificial intellect means were decided to be use for conversion coatings forming process simulation because of the lack of correlation in ranged series of above mentioned parameters. The influence of an oxometalate concentration, pH, sealing period and test duration on the corrosion resistance of anodized D 16 alloy was studied and visualized in 3D space. Artificial neural networks based on multilayer perceptron have been applied for conversion coatings corrosion resistance prediction.
