Przedstawiono podstawowe zasady interwencji na rynku zbóż w Polsce i krajach Unii Europejskiej. Opisano tryb i procedury przejmowania ziarna przez centra interwencyjne w UE oraz wymagania określające jakość standardową zbóż objętych interwencją. Wskazano podstawowe i najważniejsze różnice w interwencji w Polsce i UE (stosowane wyróżniki jakościowe, minimalna partia akceptowana w interwencji, termin rozpoczęcia skupu, zboża objęte interwencją). Podano rozporządzenia UE regulujące podstawowe zasady interwencji na rynku zbóż w tych krajach.

The basic principles of the intervention on the grain market in Poland and in the Member States o the European Union, were presented. The procedures and conditions for purchase of cereals by intervention agencies in the EU as well as standard qualities for cereals, covered with the intervention procedure, were described. The basic and most important differences between Poland and the EU (quality parameters used, minimum lot, admitted in the intervention, terms of the intervention, cereals included into intervention) were indicated. The list of the EU regulations, fixing the basic principles of the intervention on the grain market in the EU, was given.
