Abstrakty
W pracy opisano zjawiska magnetorezystancyjne występujące w cienkowarstwowych strukturach wielowarstwowych. Opisano następujące zjawiska - gigantyczny magnetoopór w układach wielowarstwowych GMR, zawór spinowy -SV, tunelowe zjawisko magnetorezystancyjne- TMJ. Przedstawiono podstawowe zastosowania zjawiska GMR - jako głowice odczytowe, elementy pamięciowe MRAM, czujniki pola magnetycznego, przetworniki elektryczne.
The magnetoresistive effects in thin film multilayer structures were described. The following effects have be en described - GMR effect in thin Iii m multilayers, spin valve SV effect and magnetic tunnel junction MT J. The most important applications of the GMR effects were presented - as the read heads, as the memory MRAM elements, as magnetic field sensors and as electrical transducers.
