Selection of solvent for extraction of oximes formed after derivativatization of carbonyl compounds with O-(2,3,4,5,6-pentat1uoro-benzyl)hydroxylamine (PFBHA) for their determination in spirits and alcoholic beverages by GC-ECD method bas been described. The use of n-heptane assures the quantitative extraction of PFBHA derivatives of carbonyl moieties trom 20% alcoholic solution.

Przedstawiono badania nad doborem rozpuszczalnika do ekstrakcji oksymów tworzonych w wyniku przeprowadzania związków karbonylowych w pochodne podczas reakcji z O-2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorobenzylohydroksyloaminą (PFBHA) w celu ich oznaczania metodą chromatografii gazowej (GC) z detektorem wychwytu elektronów (ECD). Zastosowanie n-heptanu zapewnia ilościową ekstrakcję pochodnych PFBHA związków karbonylowych z 20-procentowych roztworów alkoholowych.
