Gas chromatographic (GC) method with electron capture detector (ECD) for determination of aldehydes after their derivatization with O-(2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorobenzyl)hydroxyloamine - PFBHA bas been described. The method elaborated for analysis of alcoholic samples can be also used for determination of carbonyls compounds in water.

Przedstawiono procedurę oznaczania aldehydów metodą chromatografii gazowej (GC) z detektorem wychwytu elektronów (ECD) po ich derywatyzacji z O-(2,3,4,5,6-pentafluoro)hydroksyloaminą (PFBHA). Metoda może być stosowana do analizy związków karbonylowych w środowisku alkoholowym i wodnym.
