Wpływ niektórych metali ciężkich na bionomię roztocza Archegozetes longisetosus Aoki (Acari, Orbatida) w warunkach laboratoryjnych

Abstrakty
The effect of copper and lead on the bionomy of Archegozetes longisetosus in the laboratory conditions was investigated. Small concentrations of copper in food (42-418 [mu]g/g) stimulated the fertility of mites, medium concentrations (713-3863 [mu]g/g) decreased their fertility, increased the mortality and prolonged the time of development, while the concentration above 4118 [mu]g/g was lethal to the mites. Smali concentrations of lead (103-1146 [mu]g/g) did not affect the bionomy of A. longisetosus, medium concentrations (1964-4380 [mu]g/g) decreased their fertility, increased the mortality and prolonged the time of development, while the concentration over 5389 [mu]g/g was close to the lethal value. The concentrations of lead over 2157 [mu]g/g also caused changes in the morphology and function of the 4th pair of the legs of mites.
Zbadano wpływ miedzi i ołowiu na bionomię Archegozetes longisetosus w warunkach laboratoryjnych. Małe koncentracje miedzi w pokarmie (42-418 [mu]g/g) stymulowały płodność roztoczy, średnie koncentracje (713-3863 [mu]g/g) obniżyły płodność, zwiększyły śmiertelność i wydłużyły czas rozwoju roztoczy, natomiast koncentracja ponad 4118 [mu]g/g była dla nich letalna. Małe koncentracje ołowiu (103-1146 [mu]g/g) nie wpływały na bionomię roztoczy, średnie koncentracje (1964-4380 [mu]g/g) obniżyły płodność, zwiększyły śmiertelność i wydłużyły czas rozwoju roztoczy, natomiast koncentracja ponad 5389 [mu]g/g była bliska letalnej. Koncentracja ołowiu ponad 2157 [mu]g/g powodowała także zmiany w morfologii i funkcji czwartej pary nóg roztoczy.
