Results of research on the effect of Mg(II), Zn(II) and Cu(II) ions on synthesis of pectolytic enzymes: polygalacturonase (PG) and polygalacturonic lyase and cellulolytic enzymes: endo-l,4-ß-D-glucanases (endocellulases), exo-1,4-ß-D-glucanases (exocellulases) and (3-glucosidases by Trichoderma spp. isolates were presents. It was found that analysed metal ions caused a decrease or complete disappearance of enzymatic activity of Trichoderma ssp. isolates. Only in the case of T pseudokoningii isolate a significant increase in endocellulase activity was observed under the influence of all analyzed ions. On the other hand T harzianum produced significantly more endocellulases on the medium containing Mg or Cu ions.
