Partnering jest koncepcją realizacji przedsięwzięcia, w której z założenia relacja między inwestorem a wykonawcą oparta jest na zaufaniu, dążeniu do osiągnięcia wspólnych celów i zrozumieniu indywidualnych oczekiwań każdego z nich. Ta forma współpracy stała się popularna w latach 90, a pojawiające się systematycznie publikacje, zawierające przykłady współpracy partnerskiej, potwierdzają ciągłe zainteresowanie tym tematem. W artykule przedstawiono definicje i rodzaje partneringu, a także fragment przebiegu procedury partnerskiej na praktycznym przykładzie.

Partnering is a concept of procurement system where the relationship between client and contractor is based on trust, common goals and an understanding of each other's individual expectations. Partnering became fashionable in the 1990s. There are still many publications which give practical implementations of partnering in construction and there is still au interest on this topic. The paper presents definitions, stages and a part of real project partnering process.
