Artykuł omawia nowe tendencje w dziedzinie środków smarowych, związane z zastosowaniem w smarach plastycznych odpornych termicznie, organicznych zagęszczaczy. Przedstawiono najbardziej perspektywiczną grupę związków, stanowiących pochodne mocznika. Omówiono rodzaje zagęszczaczy, ich syntezę, a także sposób wytwarzania smarów plastycznych zawierających wymienione zagęszczacze.

The paper considers new trends in developing plastic lubricants containing organic thickeners which are resistant to higher temperatures. Having found the urea derivative compounds as the most promising, author presents some kinds of thickeners, describesprocesses of their synthesis and technologies to manufacture plastic lubricants containing the thickeners.
