The hall is situated in a newly designed object, situated in the vicinity of the existing building of the Academy of Music. The paper describes the vibroacoustical hazard of the hall induced by technical installations and human activities both in the object itself and the building of the Academy. In particular, the hazard induced by large musical instruments as well as by the intensive traffic in the nearby street is considered. Acoustical recommendations to the construction project reducing this hazard have been presented.
