Artykuł przedstawia przykład zastosowania paradygmatu ewoluujących systemów wieloagentowych do modelowania zjawisk ekonomicznych. Inteligentne agenty programowe reprezentujące klientów i dostawców usług na rynku telekomunikacyjnym, działające na bazie rozproszonej sztucznej inteligencji, wchodzą w równoległe lokalne interakcje, podejmując decyzje wypracowane w oparciu o model reprezentacji świata BDI. W środowisku JAVA zaimplementowano symulator programowy, definiując odpowiedni model popytowy. Zastosowanie symulatora do eksperymentów dało wyniki umożliwiające obserwację mechanizmów prowadzących do ustalania się określonych stanów: równowagi rynkowej - dominacji jednego z dostawców usług lub dynamicznych zmian przewagi konkurencyjnej. Opracowany model umożliwia badanie wpływu różnych czynników, w tym rozwoju technologii, na funkcjonowanie rynku IT.

The paper presents an application of the paradigm of evolving multiagent systems for modeling economic phenomena. Intelligent Agent Programs, representing both consumers and suppliers on the telecommunications market, acting on the basis of distributed artificial intelligence in local, parallel interactions, make decisions based on BDI (Belief - Desire - Intention) world representation. Computer simulator in JAVA environment has been built implementing suitable demand model. Results of experiment enable to observe the mechanisms leading to one of the following states: a balanced market, a domination of one supplier or dynamical changes in the market. The described model makes it possible to examine impact of many elements, e.g. technology progress, on functioning of the IT market.
