Reachability and Controllability of Positive Continuous Time Linear Systems with Time Variable Coefficients

In the paper using pure algebraic methods new sufficient conditions for reachability and controllability of positive linear continuous-time finite-dimensional dynamical systems with variable coefficients are established. As a special case linear dynamical systems with constant coefficients are also considered. Illustrative example is also given.
