W referacie przedstawiono analizę granicy stabilności lokalnej układu jednomaszynowego i wielomaszynowego wyposażonego w wieloparametrowy regulatora generatora i turbiny, współpracującego z systemem poprzez długie linie przesyłowe. Zagadnienie to jest istotne w przypadku wykorzystania danego węzła wytwórczego w procesie restytucji systemu elektroenergetycznego.

"The UCPTE requirements define local stability limit as a function of initial a.c. shot-circuit power on HV bus of step-up transformer [formula] in the following way: when [formula] then the generating unit should operate stable at all operating points located in domain of allowable operating points; when [formula] then the generating unit should operate stable at opering points located in domain of allowable operating points but with load [formula]. In each of the above cases the synchronous generator controllers, during operation, should ensure fast and stable minimisation of the control input errors and simultaneously they cannot introduce undamped oscillations. Till now a funcionality of synchronous generator control system and selection of his parmeters were considered in context of the electromechanical oscillatios damping with assumption of rather strong connections of the synchronous generator with the power system. In KSE practically there were no carried out analyses of the synchronous generator co-operation with power system through long transmission lines (with little initial a.c. short-circuit power on HV bus of step-up transformer)."
