Abstrakty
W pierwszej części pracy przedstawiono podstawy teoretyczne maksymalizacji odporności na zużywanie tribologiczne układów ciał stałych w oparciu o interpretację termodynamiczną. Zaprezentowano metodykę badawczą i stanowisko do badania tarcia technicznie suchego metali. Stanowisko typu trzpień-tarcza umożliwia ustalenie temperatury w strefie tarcia i regulację współczynnika tarcia. Zamieszczono wyniki wstępnych badań tribologicznych ośmiu układów ciał metalowych w celu ustalenia odpowiadającej im maksymalnej odporności na zużywanie. Podano wnioski określające pracę właściwą zużycia jako hiperboliczną funkcję temperatury styku trących się ciał i stwierdzające, że temperatura charakterystyczna badanych układów metali przyjmuje wartości z zakresu 260 - 290 K.
In the first part of the work the theoretical base of maximalization of tribological wear resistance of solid bodies with thermodynamical interpretation has been presented. The research methods as well as the stand for technically dry friction of metals have also been shown. The pin disk stand makes it possible to establish the frioction zone temperature and the friction factor control. The results of initial tribological research of eight metallic body systems for the purpose of establishing their maximal resistance to wear has also been displayed. The conclusions that the proper work of wear is a hyperbolical function of the friction zone temperature and that the specific temperature of eight metal systems have values from the range of 260 - 290 K have been presented too.
