Abstrakty
Przedstawiono sposób wytwarzania kompozytów o strukturze wzajemnie przenikających się sieci, w których matrycę stanowi porowaty polimer termoplastyczny o otwartych porach a napełniaczem jest niskotopliwy stop metali. Zbadano wybrane właściwości mechaniczne, elektryczne, elektromagnetyczne i termiczne kompozytu PVC/20% obj. stopu Wooda. Otrzymane wyniki wskazują, iż układ ten dobrze przewodzi prąd elektryczny oraz skutecznie ekranuje promieniowanie elektromagnetyczne. Zdjęcia SEM potwierdzają ciągłość struktury metalu we wnętrzu matrycy polimerowej.
In this study the preparation way of polymer-metal composites with interpenetrating network structure was presented. This composite consists of porous PVC with open pores loaded with low melting point metal alloy. Mechanical, electrical, electromagnetic and thermal tests of PVC/20% vol. Wood's metal comoposite were carried out. It has been shown that the material conducts well electric current and achieves efficient electromagnetic inferference shielding. SEM observations prove that metal has a continous phase structure inside the polymer matrix.
