Abstrakty
Effect of y-ray acceleration of physical ageing in 20-years aged chalcogenide vitreous semiconductor As10Se90 was studied by differential scanning calorimetry method. The glass transition temperature Tg and endothermic peak area A in the region of glass-to-supercooled liquid phase transition was shown to be changed after the period of additional natural storage of y-irradiated samples.
