Abstrakty
1-aminoalkanephosphonic acids (AAP) are characterized in view of their syntheses, physicochemical properties and biological activity. The first part dealing with syntheses of AAP is divided into seven sections describing the used synthetic methods; in the second part the UV and NMR spectroscopy results are presented along with chelating abilities of AAP. The third part concerns the inhibition of enzymes by AAP as well as antibacterial activity of these compounds.
