Waste materials of polymeric items is necessary to reduce to fragments beforehand, and then to granulate. The description of the construction, the principle of action and calculation method of geometric parameters of extrusion head for granulating to reduced to fragments polymeric waste materials are stated in this work. Experimental data of the process of granulating are described here too.

Polimerowe materiały odpadowe powinny być rozdrobnione przed granulacją. W pracy przedstawiono opis konstrukcji, zasadę działania oraz metodę obliczenia geometrycznych parametrów głowicy wytłaczarskiej do granulacji i rozdrobnienia odpadowych materiałów polimerowych. Dane doświadczalne procesu granulacji są również opisane.
