PL

Absencja chorobowa jest zjawiskiem złożonym, a jej poziom zależy od wielu czynników tak zewnętrznych jak i wewnętrznych. W artykule zwrócono uwagę na problem absencji chorobowej w Polsce powodowanej warunkami pracy. Uwzględniono zarówno wyniki Europejskiego Badania Warunków Pracy oraz badania warunków pracy przeprowadzonego przez Główny Urząd Statystyczny, a także wyniki badań związków pomiędzy wybranymi czynnikami środowiska pracy a absencją chorobową opisane w literaturze.

Sick absence can be influenced by several factors, both internal and external ones. This article presents questions related to work-related sick absence m Poland. It also presents the results of studies conducted within the European Working Conditions Survey, by the Central Statistical Office and a literature survey in this field.
