Pracownicy przemysłu farmaceutycznego mogą być narażeni na wiele niebezpiecznych substancji chemicznych. W artykule omówiono główne zagrożenia związane z dermalnym i inhalacyjnym narażeniem na substancje farmakologicznie czynne. Przedstawiono substancje i grupy przeciwnowotworowych cytostatyków. hormonów sterydowych oraz antybiotyków zaklasyfikowanych do niebezpiecznych farmaceutyków. Przedstawiono także zasady kontroli narażenia zawodowej na niebezpieczne substancje farmaceutyczne.

Emloyees in the pharmaceutical industry could be exposed to a wide range of dangerous chemical substanes The main hazards related to dermal and inhalation exposure to pharmaceutical active subslances are discussed in this aticle Cytostatic drugs, antibiotics and hormones clasified as hazardous drugs are presented. The principles of controlling occupalional exposure to hazardous drugs are also desribed.
