Ministerstwo Pracy, Rodziny i Spraw Społecznych Republiki Słowenii opracowało narzędzie, którego celem jest poszerzanie świadomości dotyczącej narażenia na hałas. Narzędzie jest przeznaczone dla niefachowców, osób nie posiadających większej wiedzy o hałasie. Tematy obejmują informacje o hałasie, zagrożeniach w miejscu pracy, definicje istotnych parametrów hałasu, dane dotyczące interaktywnego miernika hałasu itd. Spopularyzowanie tego narzędzia ma na celu zwiększenie zainteresowania społecznego problemem ograniczania hałasu. Do prezentacji wykorzystano postać mima, który ułatwia zrozumienie tej tematyki m.in. przez. powiązanie tekstów z czynnościami fizycznymi, motywowanie użytkowników do interpretowania tekstów, a wreszcie wzmacnia efekt przez przedstawienie hałasu za pomocą jego przeciwieństwa, a mianowicie "niemej prezentacji". The Ministry of Labour, Family and Social Affairs of the Republic of Slovenia has prepared a tool designed for raising the awareness of exposure to noise. This tool is designed for non-experts, people who do not have great knowledge regarding noise. Topics relate to information about noise, workplace hazards, definitions of significant physical characteristics of noise, information on an interactive noise meter, etc. Making this tool more popular should increase the public's interest in the problem of noise control. A mime has been used to present the tool because he makes understanding the subject matter easier by, e.g., relating texts to physical action, motivating users to interpret texts, and by presenting noise with something quite opposite, i.e., a silent presentation, to gain a more powerful effect. The tool can be found at http://et2005.mddsz.gov.si/.
