Experiential investigations were conducted concerning the condensation process of refrigeration medium R404A in a tubular channel of a condenser chilled with water. On the basis of the results of the measurements, an analysis was made of the condensation process in the flow and the values of the surface film conductance and of flow resistances were determined. The results of the own investigations were compared with the results of calculations in accordance with dependencies by various authors, for the condensation process of refrigeration media in tubular channels.
