Abstrakty

By the end of 20th Century the global computer network - the Internet was developing rapidly. Common access to the Internet gives us the opportunity to enjoy easy access to a variety of content and matter. The access to such content and matter is not unconstrained but preconditioned by law and its regulations. The authors of this article have focused on legal aspects of using and downloading musical compositions from the Internet in view of the Polish law and its regulations.

Koniec XX wieku to gwałtowny rozwój ogólnoświatowej sieci komputerowej - internet. Szeroki dostęp do internetu daje nam możliwość łatwego dostępu do różnego rodzaju treści. Dostęp do tych treści nie jest swobodny lecz uwarunkowany prawnie. W niniejszym artykule autorzy skupili się na aspektach prawnych użytkowania i pobierania utworów muzycznych z sieci w świetle polskiego prawa.
